We are the owner of this villa and we are renting the villa direct from the internet. This fully furnished beautiful Bodrum villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It offers a private swimming pool, air conditioning, Centralized Floor Heating. The Compound where the house is located at is private gated which features 24/7 security and staff on premises. The Compound offers an Olympic size swimming pool, exclusive BAR, catering services, exclusive restaurant, private beach that belongs to the compound and fishing pier. Compound is neatly located on a beautiful hill overlooking the beautiful Aegean coast. The Compound is located only 15 minutes from the Turkbuku, the main district for attractions, clubs, pubs, restaurants, and bars. Bodrum is a very historical city if you are looking to explore the past and love history. One of the seven wonders of the world Mausoleum of Maussollos was located in Bodrum, Halicarnassus. The House is available year around.

 

As you have seen from the pictures the villa is a private one with a private Garden. The private garden is 1800 m2 (19375 sq feet) and the total living area of the villa is 200 m2 (2152 sq feet). The villa can accommodate/sleep 8 people. The House has 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms and 2 double bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, full size refrigerator, full size oven and stove. The living room has a large TV. The villa has air conditioning, 24/7 generator backup, and full new kitchenware such as forks, knives, spoons, dishes, soup bowls, wine glasses, whisky glasses, beer glasses, margarita glasses, martini glasses, small shot glasses, pans and full new cooking ware is also available in the kitchen. Bathrooms have new towels. The Bedrooms have complete set of new Linens/Sheets and Blankets.

 

The villa is located in Bodrum peninsula where elite restaurants, bars, pubs, clubs, shops are located at. Yalıkavak is minutes away with its gorgeous marina, shops, supermarket and restaurants. The nearby supermarket is 2 minutes away. The Antique city of Ephesus and Virgin Marry house is 2 Hours away from Bodrum via a vehicle. While you are in Ephesus area you can also visit one of the seven wonders of the world the Temple of Artemis site. City of Troy is approximately 2 hours north of Ephesus area where you can visit the archeological site of the city of Troy. Surrounding area also hosts many ancient remains such as the famous Temple of Athena, The Temple of Apollo and the Beach of Alexandria is located in this area. Antalya is around 4 hours away from Bodrum via automobile. The Aegean and Mediterranean region is within close proximity to the house. While you are in Turkey you can visit the ancient ruins from the Greek period. We are sure you will like the perspective of history Turkey has to offer you.
